What happens when my customers have questions about something outside of HighLevel?
Our goal is to take as much off of your plate as possible. We keep a unique doc for each agency so that if special circumstances arrive we can deliver the right answers to your folks as fast as possible. If something comes up where we don’t have the answer, we let them know that we’ll expedite it to the correct team member. Let’s say they ask, “What’s going on with my Facebook ads?” We’ll respond, “I’m only on the tech support team but I can pass this along to our ads team and someone will get back to you ASAP via email or phone. Would that be alright?”
I have a super robust and custom snapshot. Can you support my users?
Absolutely. We’ve supported over 1000 agencies so we consider ourselves experts with HighLevel. It doesn’t take us long to understand what you have running in your account and we keep unique FAQs and procedures for each agency to make sure we deliver the highest level support in the fastest possible way.
